We do not store your statements. Each PDF you upload is processed in memory, written only to a temporary file for the moment it takes to read it, and deleted immediately after conversion. We never keep a copy of the PDF.
What we process
- The PDF you upload, only for the few seconds needed to extract transactions.
- The extracted rows are sent back to your browser so you can download your CSV or Excel file. They are never written to a database or disk on our side.
- A one way hash of your IP address and a daily counter, kept only to enforce the free limit of one statement per day.
Payments
Pro subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep only your account email, your Stripe customer ID and whether your subscription is active, so Pro works on every device you sign in on.
Cookies
If you sign in with an emailed link, your browser keeps a login session so Pro follows you. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data. Our hosting provider (Vercel), our database and login provider (Supabase), and Stripe process data on our behalf to run the service.
